At this stage we need 100% accuracy as from here we will make all different qualities of rice like Head Rice, 2nd Head Rice, half rice, quarter rice etc.

We manufacture rice mill screens on different metals like CRC sheets, Hardened sheets and aluminium sheet. Hardened indented cylinder has 4 times longer life period than CRC indented cylinder. Main feature of Hardened Indented cylinder is that it is non-sticky in itself which gives extra life to cylinders. We manufacture indent size of 1.5mm to 20mm.
